Well, you know, there's so many different jobs in the world and

Franchising I think is a great way to be an entrepreneur you know it's a stepping stone

If you go look at all the International Franchise Association statistics, it's the best way to start a business because you have the support, the brand, and everything that comes with it.

So it is a great calculated way to become an entrepreneur and own your own business.

Our franchisee is typically a little different than some.

So about half of our system is a husband wife or some male female combination.

It could be father-daughter, but typically it's a husband wife.

Is that because the founders were husband and wife? I think it's a lot of it. You hear the story of Kevin and

Stacy and you think I want to do something like that. We could be in business together, right? That's what you say to your

partner. So about half of our system is husband and wife, 25

percent is female only and then the other 25 percent is male only. So we have all

these ladies, we have some that were former pharmaceutical reps or medical device

sales people or nurses in the ER room and they are bought into what this is all about it

Take care of your people take care of the giving heart idea and so you're gonna take care of your team they're gonna go to go take care of the guests and love on them, and that's, you just need the personality and the willingness to take a little bit of risk and that's typically what you get.
