But anyway, I have three daughters, as you know, and I have them all over my office.

But I think whether you're a boy or a girl, you know, it's important to understand the

journey of how to create not only a successful brand, but you have a successful

company and those are two different things. A lot of people see a brand that's recognizable,

it's top of its class, but yet they're not a successful company. You somehow

are carrying a baby and have one of the most successful rising companies in a very competitive space

and not only do you have a powerful brand but you have a successful company.

Talk me through the journey of where that started.
