my favorite people in the agency world, Scott Barber of the Ballengee group in Dallas, Texas.

I've known Scott for years and played with and against basically all of his clients, and there are a few

guys in the game who have such a stellar reputation as he does, and pretty much nobody who out-hustles him.

Compared to my two other agent guests, he's relatively new to the game, but by no means is he a

rookie. He's got nearly 20 years of experience under his belt in the agency world, from his days out in

Hollywood to his legal work at the arbitration table. We talk about recruiting players and the rejection that goes along with it,

starting an agency from scratch,

and how he's added matchmaker to his list of agent attributes.
