I feel like we could do a little, like, some sort of workout to this music. We could do, maybe that's our next thing, you guys. We could be on the treadmill. You know what this would work really good at? What were those classes with the stair step? You know, that you had like a stair, you've had the riser. Am I sounding prehistoric? You know what I'm talking about, right? Where you can

step up, step down, step up, step down. I did that class when I was studying abroad in Spain

because it was a really good way to start learning the language, you know, like up, down, left, right.

You know, you had to do it fast. So I think I also fell during one of those classes. Really bad the whole class had to stop. One of my most embarrassing moments. So I figure, let's start there today. I want you to feel good about the news. I want you to feel so good after scoop. It's like you did a workout, right? Did you feel like you accomplish something? That's what we want for you today. We had a lot of really big headlines that broke last week, Thursday, Friday, going into Saturday.

And I don't know about you, but during summer, it's easier for me to tap in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, but by Thursday, Friday, we're moving on to something else.

So I saw these headlines cross. They're important.

They're a little bit, they're a little bit weighty. And they got a viral life of their own on

social media. So what I want to do today is go over a lot of what you've basically seen over the last

couple days and add some clarity, a little foundation to some of

these headlines. We got a lot of news from the Supreme Court. We got news from Congress. We got

news, breaking news on a murder investigation. What could be described, at least from a media

perspective as a cold case, in that it wasn't getting a lot more attention. It's a murder of a mother in Maryland, but they caught the guy. And there's an additional story to that. verification, things like this that we've been doing regularly and keep on getting denied. And,

you know, it's really easy to get discouraged when you think, well, this step is working for

everybody else. Why isn't it working for us? And I always have to step back and say, well,
