It's Tuesday, September 2nd.

It's great to see you for our very first scoop in September. And we are

already launching into a really busy news month. And I'm excited to talk to you today because we have

this opportunity at least at this very moment in time. And it can change. Really, it can change

in an instant, as we all know. But in this moment of time, we have a moment to take a deep breath

and actually look at the month of

September sort of holistically and get you prepped and ready for whatever stories could come

across your phone or your desk or however else you like to receive your news, your podcast that

you're listening to. Maybe this is one of them and I appreciate that very much. So we have a really

busy news month in September and we were expecting that because we knew that Congress was back in their home districts. We knew that we had a couple deadlines that were on the horizon a few months back, but now are closer. And September just tends to be a busy month in general, because August tends to be so slow. So when we're looking at big events, like, for example, New York Fashion Week, they're not going to do it in August. They're going to do it in September when people are back and plugged in and ready to work. So that's our goal for today. We're going to map out September, give you a couple of the key guideposts to look for this month. And that way, whatever sort of falls between that, you know it's new.

If you get a development, you know why it matters. And we'll move from there. So it's already

a bit of busy morning. And I'm excited to be able to join you today. And thank you to all of our

live insiders for joining as well. It's great to see everybody. By the way, Amy, happy belated

birthday. It's nice to be able to give a birthday shout out.

We've got to think of some sort of scoop birthday prize or something. You know, like you did on a radio call-in show. You know, you get free concert tickets. Like, I don't know if I could do the concert tickets, but we could do something fun. We have to think it. What would be like a fun thing to give away if we get your

voice note or something like that and you get included in the show. Let's think about that.

Something really good, you know, something that feels really good. I love that. So great to see
