This is Ben Wilson and today I am joined by Alex Petkiss.

I brought an Alex to talk about Scipio Africanus, one of the great Roman generals of all time.

I've been doing this series on Hannibal and I was really struck by Skipio, both as a

person, his brilliance as well as the relationship that he has with Hannibal. But before we talk

about Skipio, we have an announcement of something that we're doing together. You want to tell the

people a little bit more about that? Yeah, we are starting something that we've been talking about in various ways for a long time.

It's called the Classical Society.

It's a business network.

It's a community of friends.

We want it to be the place for high agency people who love the ancients, who love greatness,

not just the ancient form of greatness, and want to do stuff together and go deeper on the things

that you and I talk about in our shows and this kind of great tradition of leadership,

statesmanship, achievement, and do it with people that are aligned and who also get it. So,

I don't know if you had anything to add on that point. I only semi-juffingly say that it's YPO for

people who love ancient Rome. Yeah, exactly. I think semi-jokingly say that it's YPO for people who love ancient Rome.

Yeah, exactly. I think, you know, this is something we've heard from a lot, from my audience.
