There's certainly a lot of consumers who are just excited to try it, you know, partly because

of the novelty. But there's also probably a large number of consumers who are cautious

and concerned and think it's weird and think it's sci-fi. And I don't think you persuade them

that it's not by trying to hide all of the science and try to make it sound as natural as possible.

You know, ultimately our job as an industry is to say, yeah, like, it is pretty sci-fi,

but it's like actually amazing that we can grow real meat without the animals.
