What is it all about?

Farm land is the least institutionally owned asset in America. So it's 90 plus percent owned by families, like individual people. So you're dealing with direct to direct business people. They're actually not very bureaucratic at all. They're like the least bureaucratic

group of people I've ever met. Their instinct for conservation is better than anyone you've ever met

because that's their asset, like their land value, their land health, their, you know, their animal

health, their water health. That's their part asset. So they can't mess that up. And so their willingness to

try things that actually conserve and improve those things is quite high.
