And so there is a school in the United States of America that has gone viral today because

their cell phone policy has a lot of moms upset about it, but there are also others that

are like, you know what? Maybe it's not such an awful idea.

Cassie and I came across the same viral tweet on Twitter and it all started with a mom

from a school who was not happy with the school's new phone policy. So Dr. Rachel French tweeted,

my daughter's school released a new cell phone policy that includes, school officials

can read any text messages between students even if the text occurred outside of school

hours. End quote. And then she put at the end of her tweet, nobody nope, nope. And then

she followed up responding to her own tweet saying, meet my daughter, your phone is my

personal property. If someone asked to read your text, you tell them to call me and ask.

And the reactions were plentiful, some supporting her and others saying the school has a right.

And Cassie and I both thought it would be a good debate for the show.
