When you're in your heart and you're connected to yourself and your own body and your own experience,

you don't shoot people, you don't hurt people.

It's like impossible to hurt people when you're in your heart. So, Yo, what up? What the fuck is going on in the world right now?

School shootings, abortion, war, climate change, there's so much occurring right now.

And each of us is fighting some kind of battle, right? And I appreciate those of you who are facing

yourself and learning how to face other people.

And it's interesting that we can get bogged down

in the external world so deeply that that becomes the fight we want to make, but our marriage is

tanking and our relationship with our self sucks and how we're raising our kids is half-fast.

So I want to challenge and encourage you to look in the mirror today

at how you are showing up. What battle are you

fighting out in the world? And are you also, it's fine to fight the battles in the world and I appreciate those of you who are

fighting the battles you believe in particularly those of you who are fighting the

battles that I stand for because there's some people probably even listening that I completely disagree with.

And yet I think it's so vital to look in the mirror in these times. And I think COVID really pushed things to the

surface for a lot of us and they invited us not not in a pleasant way to look in the mirror to say what in the hell is going on with me

is this what I want to be doing with my life do I have the kind of relationships I want? Is my marriage in a place that I can say yes to?

Is my home a safe harbor and a launching pad?

So that I come home and I feel nourished and rejuvenated and safe or is my own home emotionally unsafe, physically unsafe?

Or is it desolate and lonely?

And do I need actually more people around me?

Because stuck to my own, left to my own devices,
