I think it's a powerful model. I think it's very helpful not only personally but also clinically

and also just understanding your partners,

understanding maybe the confusing behaviors that they do to you.

understand what I'm going through. I don't get why they self- going through.

I don't get why they keep doing this thing over and over again, and they can't really see

I'm like why are you doing that it doesn't make any sense I think schema therapy
