Public speech that may incite violence even if it is not directly designed to incite

violence even if that's not the specific intent of the public speech. It has a name, stochastic terrorism, and I want to talk about it.

We're hearing the phrase more and more, a lot of our guests discuss it. Now here's the thing to know about the Trump era.

You ready?

There's not going to be a civil war.

We're not going to see states seceding from the Union.

You're not going to find that many cops and soldiers who want to give up

their pensions. You're not going to see the red states walk away from the massive

federal aid they receive from the blue states.

It's just not going to happen.

They'll talk about it because there's people who hate.

They hate America, they hate liberals, they hate people who don't think like they do.

But there's not going to be a civil war. The media likes

that phrase and it'll keep on pushing it. We're not going to have that. Let me get back to

stochastic terrorism because the man accused of attacking Paul Pelosi, husband of Nancy Pelosi,

was charged today with assault and attempted kidnapping, among other charges.

This was an assassination attempt on the American who is second in line for the presidency

and it was committed by Trump supporter David DePape.

It was 42.
