Sometimes you just got to shake it up a little bit, and that's what we're going to do on this

episode of KKHI, and I'm not drawing any conclusions.

So let me preface the entire commentary here about Patrick Mahomes and his shoddy play on the field this year.

And preface the whole thing by saying, I'm not drawing any conclusions.

But I've always been the guy that sees the way people react, here's what they're saying,

kind of calculates in my own head.

This doesn't make any sense.

I don't like anything I'm hearing.

It doesn't add up. I've been around pro football or too long. These things don't make sense to me.

And then I start to look for an answer. And when I can't find one, I find one in history, historically,

around whatever sport or position we're talking about, and say,

well, what about this? Let's take a look at this. Because this has happened before.

We're not considering that's what this is here, but it has happened before.

So that's where I am today with Patrick Mahomes. Let me just go through the premise of this commentary, and that is all the

excuses everyone's making. And I'll be honest with you, it's driving me crazy now. Because while I love

the notoriety the podcast is getting and I love the attention and people are coming up and saying

hi, and we love your podcast. You know, I had a bunch of guys here working at the house yesterday on some things that weren't quite finished. And I mean, literally had six or seven different people here at the house. And they all were talking about Patrick Mahomes. At some point or another, I would overhear the two of them over there working as a crew, talking about Mahomes, they'd ask me, what, what do you think would have happened if the Packers had Aaron Rogers Sunday? Well, everybody agrees with that.

The Packers would have won the game.

But everybody's talking about Patrick Mahomes.
