And this week, Jasmine will be speaking with Tanya Luna.

And we are so excited that we have gotten to know her.

She is, among many other extraordinary

accomplishments, the founder of Scarlett Sparks, which is a not-for-profit that helps animal

organizations create workplaces that are healthy places for humans to work. I think that that's

as sorely needed, not just in the animal movement, but in so much of the not-for-profit world, giving people some job satisfaction so they do their job better, so the animals benefit.

Totally. It's a really cool interview. It's very, very different stuff. And I just want to keep Tanya in my pocket because the work that she's doing and the work that

they're doing over there at Scarlet Spark is, is amazing. It really is. So,

speaking of amazing, you've had an amazing week, I would say. Amazing. Yeah, would that be a good word?

Yeah, I have to say, I get easily overwhelmed. You know, that's my nature. And I have been a little overwhelmed, but it is very,

well, it's very exciting. I have a new little family member. Her name is Lulu,

she came with that name. Not that there's anything wrong with that name. She is a dog.

She is not the dog I expected to have. She's quite elderly and she was a little desperate for a home.

Her person went into a nursing home. I don't know. This is a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend.

And as it happens, right? As dogs happen.

And she didn't have any place else to go.

And so I said, okay, and she is the sweetest little thing.

The cats are not thrilled, but they're fine.

They haven't done anything bad, but they're like, what the hell?
