| 0:06.0 | Hello, artist. |
| 0:07.0 | Today I want to talk to you about an important topic that I think impacts a lot of |
| 0:11.8 | artists and it truly damages your ability to create with |
| 0:15.6 | confidence in your voice. Last week we talked a lot about the idea of not being |
| 0:22.1 | good enough and what I want to talk about today is sort of a |
| 0:26.4 | cousin of the not good enough thoughts. It's the thoughts that we have that tell |

| 1:22.4 | We don't want to let one second of it go. |
| 1:25.0 | And what that looks like in our head is we have this tape playing constantly. |
| 1:30.0 | We're just thinking over and over and over again. I'm so busy. I have so much to do. |
| 1:36.0 | I have all these people pulling me in so many different directions and we think things like everybody wants a piece of me or I'm not in control of my time and there's not enough of it and I know that this sounds so true and I know that it really, really feels like it's true. |
| 1:54.0 | But what happens when we think that way is that everything seems really big and overwhelming |
