controversial but I live by it is when you're hiring for a position or you're going to upwork to get like someone to

work on a project go for the most expensive person on the on the platform because you're going to get a better output most of the time you're

going to get a better output and a better result and it'll end up being cheaper than going for the cheapest possible person you can hire because the output will be

higher faster better it's so true on so many levels I mean actually just went through this personally on fiber where I need to just a quick

little stick figure animation for a new project that I'm working on and I went there and you know everybody's five bucks said there's this one

person that was like $35 and I'm like wait a second there's probably a reason and I like looked at his work and it was so far

superior it was exactly what I wanted he crushed he did revisions and at the end of the day like I have an amazing product because this guy

knows what he's worth and he charged it and I'm happy to pay that and the problem and Seth go ahead and love saying this with the

race to the bottom is that you just might win and when you get people just going in there undercutting themselves all the way to the bottom

the quality suffers that's what really suffers and today foundation we're talking about scaling the $50 million a year in land
