genesis of your business experience that brought us here today?

I actually worked in ad agencies for several years after I graduated college.

I got my degree in advertising, so I worked in ad agencies.

And like many, I was looking for more work-like balance.

I was looking for more work-like balance. I was looking for more flexibility.

And about seven, eight years ago, I went out on my own.

And what's interesting is at first, given my background in advertising, I had a lot of marketing

and advertising experience, sales experience.
