Oh, relationships intense, isn't it?

If you're in a long-term relationship, you are,

you get that.

You get how intense it is and how we retract and recoil and come close and distance and connect and then disconnect.

It's quite the dance and quite the ride.

And I wouldn't have it any other way because it teaches me so much about myself.

And I love working with people on their relationships

because it's such an important threat in life and we have so many

fantasies to burn through about how it's supposed to be or should be or whatever and

our unconscious self our unconscious self,

lower self, kind of runs the show in a relationship

unless we work on it.

So, I appreciate you today if you are in a long-term relationship and you're still in it,

you're still in the game, nice work. Pat yourself on the back because this is no beginners game and it's not

really easy as much as the movies would like to tell us otherwise.

All right, today I want to talk to you about a common statement people make in

relationship and here it is, I love you but I'm not in love with you. I love you, but I'm not in love with you.
