And if you have the job I have, you look under the hood every day of people's relationship and most of the time it's hurting most of the time I'm dealing with people that are in a lot of pain and and in my experience this is most people. So we learn to put on a show and put on a

front in life and present our best self. Our, uh, I just call that a mask.

It's not really my best self.

My best self as actually hiding behind the scenes most of my life.
