You know it's a pretty old book and And they've since updated it into conscious loving ever after for folks over 50 and beyond.

So this guy Gay Hendricks is who is on the podcast today and it's taken me a while to track him down for

an interview and I'm grateful I got some time.

So Gay is a PhD.

He's the author and co-author of 25 books in Conscious Relationship, Conscious Business and Body Mind Transformation.

He's also written a whole mystery series.
