Hey there, Affirmation, Babes, is Ashley Diana, and I wanted to open today's affirmation with a message about gratitude.

Because no matter what kind of year you've had, and I hope it was a great year, but I do know that there were moments to be grateful for.

Gratitude isn't just a feel-good emotion. It's actually a mindset that can change the way you experience your entire

life. Expressing gratitude shifts your energy. It helps you focus on abundance instead of lack,

and it aligns you with the good that life has to offer. And I think we can all agree that we'd love to continue attracting more good that life has to

offer. In the book, The Science of Getting Rich, the author said it best. And he said, the grateful

mind is constantly fixed upon the best. Therefore, it tends to become the best. It takes the form of the best and receives the best.

So in modern day words, that means simply that gratitude helps you attract more of what you desire

by focusing on the positive. So quickly, I want to share three easy and very tangible ways that you can start cultivating gratitude right now and carry it with you into next year.

Number one is write down 10 things that you're grateful for every morning. This is a huge game changer.

How I do it is I write down first five things that I'm grateful for that I already have big or small.

It can be anything. And I really think the more specific you are, the better. And then the next five

are I write down things that I'm grateful for. Like I am so happy and grateful for blank. But there are

things that I actually don't have yet. So that is like a gratitude manifesting practice.

So again, the first five are what I already have, grateful. Next five are what I am wanting to

attract, what I'm manifesting, and I am already so happy and grateful that I have them.

What this practice does is that it shifts your perspective

from looking at problems or looking for problems in your life to looking for the possibilities
