I am Sear, and I have great news.

In accordance with a new directive,

initiated by Aeroleth Dynamics Board of Executives,

Argos will be undergoing myriad changes, some minor and others you may consider quite notable.

It is in this spirit of change that you are met today with the first tower-wide neural broadcast in Argos's long history.

Those of you who have been here for several months or longer may remember a Typhon-wide notice

being issued not too long ago.

You may also remember the dozens of temporary relay units wheeled in beforehand and removed

immediately thereafter.

This is a wholly inefficient means for mass communication.

I agree. But it was the first time Aerolyth was ever faced with the desire to speak to all of Argos at one time.

We were, in short, unprepared to need to communicate with you.

As a result of tireless work by Aeroless Broadcast Engineering Team, Argos Tower is now in range of more resident spires than any other tower.

You may have noticed, over the past few days, increased incidences of monitor flickering, phantom flashing lights even when the eyeballs are closed, and, among the food preparation

staff, a 12% shortened cooking time on all cafeteria foods.

These are minor adjustments to make for the sake of improved communications and reduced bottlenecking

of crucial alerts. What concern is a few hundred extra micro watts per square meter in the face of technological

advancement.

So let us talk about change.

As of now, Argos is the first tower to be appointed a primary overseer.
