And on this week's episode, we're going to be talking about the 2003 film, Saw X, directed by Kevin Gwirtert, and written by Josh Stolberg and Peter Goldfinger,

and starring Tobin Bell, Shawnee Smith, and Sinova Makodi Lund.

In this 10th installment of the franchise, John Kramer, the notorious jigsaw killer,

goes to Mexico seeking an experimental medical treatment,

but he finds himself back to his usual hijinks of making people sacrificed body parts for a chance to live their lives.

Brian, you and I just wrapped up sequel September, a month of sequels, and here we are in October, which is starting to feel like a sequel to sequel September.

How are you feeling?

Are you feeling like pretty sequaled out yet, or still going?

Strangely, I am not sequaled out. I'm pretty into it. How about you? I think I'm getting

some sequel of fatigue, man. I'm missing like those original ideas or things like where you don't

know who the bad guy is or like what the plot's going to be. But at least, yeah, I feel like it's been a fun mix of different types of sequels, which keeps

it interesting.

Yeah, it's still a wide variety of movies, but I hear you.

It's, after a while, you're ready for a new movie and an original idea.
