| 1:19.4 | I would say before I got started with this I was pretty bad to be honest with you about kind of diverting especially food waste I was good about recycling you know my cardboard my newspapers those of things, but food waste was for the most part just |

| 1:38.0 | And so it's been a huge shift for me now that I look now and I'm able to divert all of my own fruit and |
| 1:47.4 | vegetable scraps as well as scraps from friends at work and in addition to that tons of cardboard |

| 2:01.0 | that you just chuck in the trash and you start to think a little bit differently about it like oh don't throw that paper towel |
