0:14.5	I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.
0:21.4	So we got some good news, even though in this case you hate to say that there's any good
0:26.5	news when you know the circumstances of this case.
0:30.7	But we got some good news late last night in the fact that there was two people arrested
0:35.0	in regards to this case, of course, of Savannah
0:39.7	Soto and Matthew Gira, and of course, the unborn child.
0:45.1	And we called this case as we saw it right from the beginning, and it was ugly.
0:51.0	It was ugly in many ways, not just in the actual homicide case, but in what caused it.
0:58.3	And the elephant in the room that we were not afraid to say, right, day one, that this whole
1:04.5	case was about the drug trade. And it absolutely 100% was it. One of the first things out of the San Antonio Sergeant's mouth when he did the press conference late last night.
1:16.3	But so that's not even here, though there.
1:18.2	What's really here, no there is now that two people are going to be held accountable.
1:21.9	And the shooter that you can't even fathom what he did.
1:27.3	And he's eligible for the death penalty.
1:31.3	There he is, you know, on the screen, Christopher Preciado, 19 years old. You can't imagine what
1:38.6	was this kid thinking. And then you find out he's got no arrest history. And you think,
1:43.5	how is that possible?
1:45.5	Does he have a sealed juvenile record that we don't know about?
1:50.1	But just unfathomable to go from no arrest history to a triple murder over a drug deal gone bad.
2:00.4	And let's call it what it is and there's his father
