well, there's nothing you can last on Savage Lovecast. Someone who reads my column, Savage Love

in the Detroit Metro Times, brought a courtroom drama in Michigan to my attention over the weekend,

and I am so grateful to you, Bill. A mom and a dad, conservative Christians, fundamentalists,

have been ordered by a court to pay their son nearly $30,000 after they threw away their son's porn collection.

First things first, most porn collections these days are stored online.

If you even have a porn collection, it's most likely a bunch of links in your browser

history that you forgot to delete. Not Michigan's Dave Working. He's the son in the story,

and his porn stash filled a room in his parents' basement. And when his parents found it,

when they found his more than 1,600 DVDs and 400 VHS tapes,

along with two boxes of sex toys and a tambourine, which is not a sex toy, but as they say on

the internet, anything's a dildo, if you're brave enough, so who can say where that tambourine

has been?

Anyway, after Dave Working's parents, Paul and Beth Working, found his porn in their

basement, they trashed it.

They got rid of it.

They destroyed, that's his father's word, they destroyed the 14 moving boxes full of

porn and sex toys they found in their basement and most likely an innocent tambourine.

It took quite a while.

Paul Working wrote his son in an email on the day the wicked deed was done. Took quite a while to destroy all of it. But frankly, David, I did you a big favor by getting rid of all of this stuff for you.

Dave Working sued his parents in federal court. And with his father's emailed admission to the crime having been entered into evidence, Dave Working won his lawsuit.
