I'm going to keep this week's top of show, chit chat, uncharacteristically brief, because, first of all, I don't know where to start.

The insanity that is up in carry, the hypocrisy and bald-faced, bold-type racism of the

National Rifle Association, the ongoing carnage, the murder of black men by, and boys,

by police officers all over this country.

The carnage in Dallas, I don't know where to start.

I want to back up and start with John Crawford and Tamir Rice,

an adult man and a 12-year-old boy shot down by police for the crime of having toy guns in their hands in open carry states, which was met with no pushback or protest from the National Rifle Association.

And then in the last week, Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, the horror of the murder, in my opinion, the murder

of Philando Castile.

And of course, that video that if you haven't seen, you should watch.

We should all be forced to watch.

The video made by Philando Castile's girlfriend, Diamond Reynolds, as he sat in the seat next to her in that car,

bleeding to death with the officer who shot him on the outside of the car, screaming and

pointing and gone into the car, pointing the gun at Philando Castile, at Diamond Phillips,

at Diamond Phillips four-year-old daughter.

We could talk about all of that and the protests in Minnesota

and the protests in Baton Rouge and the arrests and the disproportionate response

and the carnage, it feels like 1968. I could talk about all of that,
