Good news for lovers in Virginia.

The Virginia state legislature has finally passed a bill repealing the states ban

an oral sex between consenting adults, even between consenting opposite

sex married adults. Their sodomy law in Virginia, it's been on the books for a long time,

didn't just ban gay sodomy. It also banned straight sodomy. Yes, straight people. We've

covered this before. Please consult your notes. You are sodomites too. If you're

having sex that is not open to procreation, even vaginal intercourse using condoms or birth

control. That's sodomy, butt sex, sodomy, oral sex, sodomy, protage, sodomy, hanging from

your ankles and getting jacked off by your wife in a dungeon. Sodomy. But it's not going to be

illegal in Virginia anymore,

technically illegal because the Supreme Court, of course, many years ago, a decade ago,

overturned sodomy bans. State-level sodomy laws. The criminalized consensual gay sex

and a whole bunch of conceptual things that straight people might want to do with each other too.

But state bans on sodomy still exist in many other states.

Virginia not being one of them now, but in Alabama, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and, of course, Utah, there are still anti-sodomy laws, unenforceable,

but anti-sodomy laws on the book. So give a blowjob in Utah, and you're technically,

in the eyes of the state of Utah, a felon, even if they can't arrest you. One of the
