anti-gay family research council, a member of the National Association for Research and

Therapy of Homosexuality, an organization known as NARTH,

which claims that it can cure gay people.

And Rekers is also a member of the American College of Pediatrics, a fake pediatrician's

organization formed by the religious right to counter the reality-based American Academy of Pediatrics, which, of course,

opposes curing gay people argues for more support for gay youth and backs gay marriage

and adoptions by gay couples, not because they're just pro-gay nuts, but because they are

pro-evidence reality science nuts. And the science shows that you can't cure gay people and that gay people

are fine parents and that allowing gay people to marry doesn't destroy marriage for everyone.

Can you guess where I'm going with this guy?
