I just said all of that without taking one breath. Oh, my gosh. My voice is a bit gone because I just

had my best friend's bachelor at party this last weekend, and I had the best time ever celebrating her. But I was being a little crazy. I was being a

crazy little girl. So I apologize for that. Well, I don't apologize to being a crazy

little bit scratching. Somehow we're almost for the end of the series, which is crazy. But over the

last six weeks, we've gone over so many life-changing habits. We went over the habit loop, waking up early, working

out, habit stacking, getting 1% better, a morning routine, self-love, a nighttime routine,

eating 60 to 80% healthy, habits for your career, and now we're on week seven, which is the

mislingous habits. And I have to say, I'm so excited for this episode. I'm very, very excited.

Before we dive into it, though,

I do want to say how much I have loved the series and I've loved watching you guys participate.

I also want to give you guys a quick talking to. I really, I was thinking about how to say that,

but I don't know how to phrase it because it's not like a lecture. It's more of a reminder,

but these habits that you are learning take time. My sad to savage journey, it's never ending, like, because life's never ending. But I form the bulk of these habits and I learn them

over the course of eight months. From July 2020 to April 2021, if we're going to be exact.

Now, since then, my habits have changed. They've evolved. I've adapted in new life situations,

scenarios. And I have grown so much

and so have my habits. But I just want to point out that this series is over the course of eight

weeks. Wherever you are in your journey, I'm so proud of you. I'm so proud of you. Life changes do

not happen overnight. Sometimes they don't happen in a few weeks or even in a few months, and that's okay.

You wanting to create healthy habits to change your life, improve your life, choose your life, that alone is so fucking incredible, and you are going to do it on your own timeline based on your specific life.
