Well, for the second night in a row, it was looking like curtains.

The Denver Nuggets trailed by 19 midway through the third quarter and went on a tremendous

run to come back against the San Antonio Spurs and tie the series at one a piece.

We did most of this game for the NBA cast and I think the place to start has got to be

with Jamal Murray's performance in the fourth quarter.

One of the great turner odds in NBA history was to operate going into the fourth quarter

and shot eight for eight in that quarter, scoring, I think it ended up being 22 points

in the quarter.

Just an awesome performance by him.

Really difficult attempts pretty much throughout that fourth quarter.

Also I thought he played really good defense as well by helping off at Derrick White.

We can talk a little bit more about that as we go forward as Denver's defense clamped

down in the second half.

But really, I mean, we were talking to you and I about Murray potentially not even getting

back on the floor in the fourth quarter.

It's good to put a little bit of context on how all this happened.

I mean, the early part of the game, all three of Denver's starting perimeter players really

struggled through three quarters.

Jamal Murray was zero for eight.

Will Barton was one for ten from the field, including missing all six of his three pointers.

And then Gary Harris has struggled in the first half, but then had a big third quarter.

So he had come on.
