So, with about 8 minutes and 30 seconds left in the third quarter, when the warriors went up by 31 points.

Against the Clippers, I'll admit it, I kind of started tuning out a little bit,

0:11.7

started thinking about how we wouldn't have much to say about two epic blowouts and

0:16.9

both the 1-8 series are looking like complete mismatches. And then all of a sudden,

0:21.2

the Clippers started to work their way back. I ended up having to rewatch the whole second half

0:26.8

as a result of not having paying close enough attention during the beginning of their comeback.

And I think the place I want to start here is that Lou Williams had the best game of his NBA career.

0:36.3

I've actually seen both of those games in person at Oracle. The other one was a 50 point game

0:41.8

during last year's regular season. Williams 13-22 from the field 36 points 11 assists,

0:48.8

which was really, I thought the most impressive part of his night. The best passing game I've ever

0:54.2

seen him have that's got to be close to a career high in assists for Lou. Especially down the

0:59.2

end, he hit three just crazy fading jump shots with the guys all over him in the last five minutes

1:06.4

1:11.9

finishing. He had 25 points on only 13 shooting possessions. Those two guys who we think of as

1:18.4

defensive liabilities led this Clippers team and they shut down the Warriors over the last 20

1:24.9

minutes of the game as well with those guys largely on the floor. Just an epic performance

1:29.1

on it and the Clippers arguably now as a franchise possessed the two greatest comebacks in NBA playoff

1:34.9

history in a single game. They do and it was a great performance from a lot of different guys

1:41.4

and the team effort after the game. Doc Rivers was a fusive enemy. If you've heard him talk about

1:47.0

this team a lot of those stories really did come into the fore in this game not giving up the

1:52.9

identity stuff coming from Patrick Beverly and Lou Williams. Lou was spectacular in that second half

1:59.1

and I thought that a play which encapsulated a lot of the story of this game and people will
