Oh, hello, my friends. It is your pal Sarah. It is Tuesday, March 31st, 2026. It's actually 3 o'clock in the

afternoon right now because Greg actually has to work late tonight. And I am just getting ready

to finish up some work and going to show a house.

So we wanted to at least get something out there to say hi, and I have a couple stories that I can tell you for some a little brief world of crazy.

But anyway, just wanted to check in.

Our schedules have been just super chaotic lately.

I mean, of course, you know, because everything

is so normal and fine and happy. So, you know, especially, you know, with Greg working in media,

you know, he, well, he worked, you know, I do as well, but he works full time in media that,

you know, that's a lot of moving pieces and a lot of things that are happening,

you know, all at once, all at the same time. So apologies for being so scattered. We have no

plans on stopping. Sorry for, you know, for being so intermittent, but we do it at, you know,

whenever we can as much as we can. So thank you for being there for us. I had a super exciting day

today because this past, well, in the past two weeks, I have sold two friends to houses,

which has been super fun. I love being a real estate agent. And it's just, it's a super exciting

process and I really like being a part of it and all the moving pieces and things.

So today was really, so we talked about my real estate thing before where the last one, so I was talking about how I met, you know, our my pal now, Sam, who, you know, was the representing, he was the listing agent for the last sale. And, um, I, you know,

specified that you never usually meet in person the other realtor. Like you, you, you just never do.

Really doesn't usually come at time. Like sometimes, you know, if they'll leave the key for the new

person, then they'll just say like, oh, just, you know, give them the keys out of the box and I'll come pick up the box.

But this, so that didn't happen with Sam.

We ended up, of course, meeting for a beer and having fun.
