greatness where she interviews some of the world's biggest celebrities. We met

when she interviewed me, I'm not one of the world's biggest

celebrities, but we had an enormously fulfilling and connected conversation the first time we met to talk about Sol for Happy and then

Sarah reached out many times afterwards for me to speak again when Australia was in lockdown

on the second lockdown and of course to you know

Sarah, through her experience of over a decade of working with some of the world's biggest names, of course, as well as her own ongoing research, studying the greats, basically, those who achieve some kind of or some form of greatness in life,

she formulated her own blueprint if you want for achieving greatness and those

practices and techniques help her to find her own self if you want, but also help her

with her ultimate goal, which is really to share this wisdom and knowledge through her talks and podcasts with anyone who needs it

so that they too can lead their own life of greatness.
