Daniel said Mo you constantly ask for guest recommendations on slow Mo.

I think you should host my sister and I said okay sure tell me about her and

here is what he wrote back.

Mo, Kata is my younger sister.

Kata is one of the most inspiring people in my life.

Her journey, dedication, perseverance, positivity is truly

admirable and her testimony for sure will inspire thousands. Kata is Colombia's number one top women's

professional squash player and she has obtained numerous athletic achievements

too many to count as a matter of fact.

Within the Squash world in the Pan American Games, World Games, doubles World Championship,

national tournaments, her talent and passion for squash

provided her with the opportunity to play and study at Trinity University in the

USA where she won several tournaments and was the team captain.

Her joy for squash is not limited to her career itself

but she also helps promote squash via different programs across Colombia

through a program called the Squash Urbano which helps the less fortunate

thrive through sports providing them with more opportunities in education, development, and integration.
