You know, I wanted to say a shout out to a police officer cop,

a new NYPD detective who passed away, Dave Miller, originally from the

3-2 precinct, the Tomb of Bloom and Harlem.

And Dave was a great NYPD police officer as well as a fantastic detective.

And I want to salute him and shout out to him and to his family. May Dave rest in peace

and go to where all the warriors go, Valhalla. Dave, God bless you and may you rest in peace.

So we're going to be covering the Sarah Boone case again. And what we're talking about is we want to know the answers like,

why did she choose, and she chose this, to not accept the plea to Mansell to first degree?

And that was a huge mistake because she got convicted of murder in the second

degree, which of course carries a much more, much harsher sentence than the manslaughter of first

degree. She could have been out, you know, in a few years. Instead,

she is facing 22 to life when she gets sentenced on, I believe it's on December 2nd.

And of course, they have to have the pre-sentence investigation. But this judge who sat through

this trial, even though he was extremely fair,

I don't think he was at all amused at some of Sarah Boone's activities during her

relationship with George Torres.

So he is the one that will ultimately make the decision as to what sentence she gets.
