And we're talking about something that I love and passionate about,

but hasn't really made its way onto the podcast on purpose, and that is politics.

But I want to give a disclaimer.

If seeing the title of this episode or hearing me say that we're talking about politics makes you roll your eyes

and be like, oh, I don't want to listen to this anymore, I want you to know that we are not talking about our personal beliefs.

We're not talking about the way that we're voting.

We're not talking about candidates.

We're not talking about policies.

We're talking about talking about politics and how to have this conversation gracefully, lovingly,

civilly, with people that we agree with, with people that we disagree with,

how to see the candidates as human beings with real lives behind all of the glitz and glamour.

And honestly, this conversation really challenged me and encouraged me,

and I hope that it will do the same for you.
