Okay, we're going. We're live with Chris Kruger. We have the Sapien podcast. It's a brand new experiment. Just took over from Dr. Gary. What's going on, Chris?

0:09.7

Brian, I feel like in my life, I have finally made it. Like, I was, I don't know how many kids are this dorky, but like I would like read the encyclopedia when I was a a kid and then I would like listen to AM talk radio like as a fifth and sixth grader and like my like

0:26.3

I don't know why I never like took this path but I always thought the coolest job ever was like

0:32.3

AM radio talk show host and it's like they've had podcasting for like 10 or 15 years and I've just

0:38.1

never hosted a podcast. I've been on peak human a couple times or other podcasts. I've done some

0:43.5

other big shows. But to finally like be a co-host, dude, I just love it. I'm like, I'm so into

0:50.5

this. But dude, what are we even going to talk about? It doesn't matter. That's the point of this podcast is we don't plan it. It's more fun.

0:59.5

Peek human. We get the doctors, the PhDs. This one is going to be the Hangout Show. Chris is great.

1:07.5

Yeah, he's been on recently again. And it has lots of good content, hormone optimization,

1:13.2

being fit. We're both 42. And we have a lot of good things to contribute, right? This is going to be

1:19.8

actionable, but it's also going to be fun. So get ready for that. Yeah. Yeah. And I would say

1:25.5

fellow millennials, Gen Xers and boomers. I don't know. If people are younger than us, is it even going to be relatable? We'll catch some younger people. They can look up to us. I have some younger guys at Sapien Center that, you know, kind of look up to me. They, like, really are curious about what I have to say. And they want to be fit at my age. Like I actually smoked one of these dudes. He's 19. He's a football player. 19 ex football player. And I smoked him in six sprints in a row. Oh my goodness. Okay. How far are these sprints? Well, 125 meters. 125. Well, yeah. That's like, that's like the thing where Brian, where they have like, they're like, it's the, the fastest land mammal, the cheetah versus, I don't know, some other animal, like Greyhound or whatever, but they have the distance is way too long for the cheetah. Right? So like, oh, sorry, the cheetah lost steam. How were you guys in the first 40 yards?

2:18.2

Oh, I was ahead of him the whole time. Oh, well, there you go. Yeah. Then he just dragged him, dude. He's cooked.

2:23.9

Yeah. But still, a 19 year old should be able to outlast me. I'm 42. Yeah. Well, 42 is the age where, you know, you and I, we should be having a midlife crisis. And so recently,

2:36.9

like the coaching business is crushing. We're doing amazing. And I have all these clients with,

2:40.9

like, super cool cars. And I know there's a car analogy you don't want to do, but I want to share

2:45.5

this. I'll do it later. No, do it, do it later. We'll do it live. Okay. But I was just down in Balboa Island, Newport Beach the other day.

2:54.8

And it was like Sunday morning and everyone's down there with like their fancy, fancy car club.

2:59.2

And so all these guys have these awesome Porsches.

3:01.2

And I'm like, why don't I have an awesome Porsche?

3:03.9

And I don't really want an awesome Porsche.

3:06.9

But I do want to get a convertible again,
