| 0:58.6 | So it's always a little bit difficult to figure out if they actually offer a valid product |
| 1:03.5 | or if they're really just interested in scamming you. |
| 1:07.4 | Well, in this particular case, Joshua offers a couple of hints that point to scam sites, |
| 1:14.2 | like, for example, where product images were stolen from eBay listings and the like, |
| 1:20.4 | and also tends to have as the ultimate proof. |
| 1:23.3 | Joshua actually went ahead and got a specific credit card number with a very small limit |
| 1:30.6 | of $5 and placed an order. |
| 1:33.5 | And in some of these cases, in some of these websites, well, the card was immediately charged |
| 1:38.9 | multiple times from multiple vendors for various amounts that were not necessarily related and anything |
| 1:48.3 | close to the cost of the item advertised on this site. So real good work and I think that's |
| 1:55.2 | useful kind of sort of types of quick sanity checks on a website to figure out if it may be legitimate or not. |
