people there it's a really weird situation so if you go into a cafe in Istanbul um and you sat on

the terrace or whatever it's not unlikely to see a cat sat on one of the chairs and you just got

a letter sit there it's quite strange because normally it's stray dogs in cities yeah you do see

those as well but they're all tagged in Istanbul oh is that right but but stray cats don't often see
