This is one of the biggest reasons why we as a brand wanted to come back to cycling because we have seen that there is something we could give in terms

of know-how but also it was a really good challenge for us to take something from and push

the sport to the maximum of the in all disciplines and in fact we are here not just for the

france but any cycling discipline which has racing at the highest level

we need to be in hello everyone just got back from our week in italy a trip that kind of had two

phases phase one was the hills Gravel Earth Series race,

which was an awesome race.

One of the more unique gravel races I've ever done,

actually really enjoyed it.

And I wanted to do a little recap pod with Braden,

Braden Lang, who's been on the podcast a couple of times,

kind of one of my main training buddies

over here, fellow US racer. But both he and I are going to be making the pilgrimage back

to the States after winter in Spain over the next couple of days or packing up over the next

couple of days. So I'm not exactly sure how realistic it's going to be to jam a podcast in there. But hopefully he and I can catch up about the hills in the not too distant

future because he won, which was amazing. And there's all kinds of fun stories. We can tell about

that. But today's episode is about phase two of my trip in Italy, which was a visit to Pirelli headquarters in

Milan. We also spent some time in Bergamo, which is about 45 minutes away. You may recognize

that name if you're a cycling fan because it's where I Lombardia either starts or finishes

in alternating years.

Unbelievably beautiful area, especially in the springtime.
