What is rucking?

It's kind of getting to become a popular form of exercise.

It's not very complicated.

It's simply walking with weights.

And this typically involves wearing a weighted vest or wearing some kind of backpack that has weights in it or it's just somehow a heavy backpack.

I guess if you even walk around your neighborhood with your kid on your back, then yeah, I'd call that rucking.

And the extra weight can be anywhere from 5 pounds, 10 pounds, 20 pounds, or whatever you want it to be.
