thanks for hanging in there with us here the last few months

this podcast the forward is not nearly as frequent as it used to be.

It's gotten to be a little more challenging living up here in Colorado.

All my gang and my studio and everything down in Austin, so a little more infrequent, my bad.

We'll try to put up some more shows.

We actually have a few shows coming up that are really exciting.

My guess this week is the Red Rocker Sammy Hagar.

Couple of things about him.

Full disclosure, I grew up a little Dub T kid in Plano, Texas and loved rock and roll metal, hair metal.

So his music was always a favorite of mine.

Real honor to sit down with him. I think you guys will enjoy this.

For a 71 year old guy he literally acts like he's going on 17, like he just turned the

numbers around, just moving around, 71 on 17.

But it, and the one other thing I will say is that for the regular listener you know that the Fth bomb is no stranger to this show.

Just be warned this one sets a record.

Apparently Sammy really likes that word too. And also the level of honesty and transparency about

his career and the music business and what he saw and what they did.

He was really open and honest about that.

So some of this stuff I think is, is, um,

it is going to be interesting for you guys and gals.
