4 Things with Amy Brown is getting a makeover! Starting April 1st, the podcast will change to Feeling Things with Amy & Kat. It'll still be on the same feed (you don’t need to change a thing), but now Kat Van Buren, the therapist you already know and love from our 5th Thing episodes and host of You Need Therapy podcast, is officially joining Amy as full-time co-host.
In this episode, Amy & Kat talk about why they're making the change, what you can expect moving forward, and how you can get involved (hint: go follow @FeelingThingsPodcast on Instagram for a very good giveaway).
This change reflects where we’ve grown and where we’re going: more honest conversations, more laughter, more depth, more stories, and definitely more feelings. Think of it as a natural evolution of everything we’ve already been building together.
Thanks for being part of this journey with us. Change can be hard, but it can also be really beautiful. Like butterflies...which is why this is today's quote: “We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty!” - Maya Angelou
