As we close out 2018, I wanted to take a moment and share a meditation with you to help

us all cut chords with aspects of this year that we are ready to release.

You can listen to this meditation while you're going throughout your day, but please listen

to it again when you have time to properly meditate and do the exercise we're going to

run through. It's always nice to listen to a meditation

all the way through while we're taking a walk or doing the dishes, taking down decorations.

Please just don't listen to this while driving, but sometimes I think it's nice to listen

to a meditation while you're in the active awake state so that when you go back through

it during your meditative time, you will know what to expect.

Often this allows your subconscious to relax even more so you can reach the state of

peace needed to fully make a connection to your true self.

Before you begin this meditation, create a sacred space for yourself.

Hang a do not disturb sign on your door, turn your phone off, get yourself in a comfortable

position either laying down or sitting up with some comfy pillows for support.

Fill a glass of water so your guides can use the energy of the water to connect more fully

with your aura, light a candle for protection and guidance, hold a crystal in each hand

if that feels comfortable for you. Sometimes I like to create a big circle of crystals

and just sit inside of it. I'll put a candle in front of me and a glass of water to my

side outside the circle of stones. But always remember there's no right way or wrong

way to do this. You just want to carve out some time or you won't be disturbed and can

gift yourself with this moment in time. You can even just listen to this while lying
