This week I am hosting Scikit Teachers alone and we'll be talking about the like returning

and what that means for you in your life and I'll be doing a really special meditation

as she will talk about what it means to move into this new year, this 2019 world we're

moving into.

So here's our plan for tonight.

I want to talk a little bit about what the solstice and you will mean and then we're

going to do a meditation and then we'll wrap up with some thank yous and some suggestions

for you for this holiday.

So here's what's happening astrologically.

On Friday, December 21st, the sun crossed the traffic of Capricorn.

Seeing that in the northern hemisphere, the days began to get longer.

Time of daylight is longer.

A minute at a time, not so much that we even noticed, particularly this time of year here

in the northern hemisphere where we're in the depths of the darkness of winter.

Conversely when that happened on Friday as the sun crossed the traffic of Capricorn
