Samantha runs Samantha &, a company which provides coaching and advice to employers and individuals on how to foster fruitful and ‘happy’ workplace relationships and environments. She is the author of Love It or Leave It: How to Be Happy at Work, and is founder of the Growth & Happiness School. She has delivered masterclasses for platforms including The Guardian, Soho House Group and Stylist Live. Samantha is a faculty lecturer at The School of Life, where she delivers advice on how to achieve workplace happiness, to strategies for growth, emotional intelligence and authentic leadership.
