Today's guest is Sam Vergeis. He's the chief operating officer for Florida

virtual schools and with everybody thinking about

e-learning due to COVID I thought it would be fascinating to talk to a Christ

follower who's making it all work in one of the largest states in the US and Sam

certainly did not disappoint he's a masterful leader running a nearly

1500 person organization he's been recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as a 40 under 40 young

professional. And Sam and I actually share a past. We talk about that a little bit at the top

end of the podcast, so you get to hear that. You also get to hear say when I talk about the leadership lessons that he

learned scaling up to serve 10 times the number of students that they were

serving pre-Covid in just a few months.
