0:35.1	maybe we'll turn away from it, or we'll turn it off, or just listen, listening,

0:50.7	Those of you who've been listening for a while, you might remember back in the past,
0:54.5	I talked a lot about my screen addiction.
0:58.4	Well, I'm just completely off the wagon at this point.
1:01.5	It's terrible.
1:03.0	I think just with the stress of trying to buy this house and letting the center retire. It's just been like, I don't know,
1:17.0	certain things have gone by the wayside, and one of those is me being more disciplined
1:23.2	about using my phone and how much screen time I am indulging in.
1:30.1	And once again, just like in the past, I have to face it when I see like a thing
1:37.0	happened with my kids around it.
1:39.2	It's exactly what happened last time.
1:41.4	You see, what's happening is I'll be like looking after one of the kids,
1:46.4	like I was with my two-year-old today, and she'll be playing and we'll be playing together,
1:51.4	but then she'll get into something on her own, and she'll be occupied. She won't need my attention.
