Anna Guest-Jelley, founder of Curvy Yoga, knows J from way back when in the early yoga blogosphere days. After getting a PR workup on her new book and feeling a bit jealous, J gets over himself and talks with Anna about her road to greater body acceptance, the influences that have presented challenges, the practice she discovered, the teaching she developed, and the culmination of her new book. They also talk some shop about the pros and cons of the new digital landscape, and making your way as an independent teacher.

0:25.1	with me today. Let me give you a quick update on the house situation. If you were listening
0:32.1	last week and you care, I'm trying to close on this house, right? Well, it's not done yet. We have made steps forward.
0:41.3	We had the inspection this week. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that were revealed,
0:47.1	like the heating system in the house doesn't work. It was an oil system, and we were planning
0:53.7	to switch it to a gas anyways, but
0:55.5	still, on the seller's disclosure, it worked, but there is no heat or hot water in the place.
1:03.6	So, you know, there was a couple other things as well. So we're renegotiating some terms.
1:10.8	It was enough that I felt like it warranted some... So we're renegotiating some terms.
1:17.0	It was enough that I felt like it warranted some counteroffers.
1:20.4	So we've gone back and forth and we're really not very far apart.
1:25.4	So I think it's going to happen pretty soon, but it just hasn't happened yet.
1:28.6	I'm just waiting basically to hear back one more time and then we should be scheduling the time
1:32.0	to give him the check and get the keys and be done with this thing.
1:34.9	And, you know, it's just been kind of like an anxiety bubble
1:39.8	all week long where I just can't, it's like I can't exhale
1:43.7	because it's not done, you know.
